All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a super-king bed. Another bedroom features a king-size bed and a single sofa bed. A third bedroom has a king-size bed, while a fourth bedroom offers either zip n link single beds (which you must make a prior request if you desire to have the King bed instead of the single beds), with a private door to the main bathroom. The final bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, featuring a double on the bottom and a single on the top.

Each room is fitted with smart TVs offering Netflix and other apps for your own login. Kids can easily connect their gaming consoles as well. The property includes one main bathroom with a bath and shower, one en-suite with a shower, and a convenient downstairs toilet— all of which are high-spec facilities. In the living area, you'll find a sofa and plenty of poufs for additional seating, as well as a 65-inch TV. There's a decorative coal fire that is not for use, but the house stays comfortably warm without it.

The updated driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, making it easy for guests arriving from different locations. It is secluded and safe. You will have full access to the entire house, excluding the garage. We provide a key box at the front door for convenient self-entry. We are dog friendly, upon booking, you will be sent details on how to pay for your pet, a one off charge of £40 per dog, max 3 dogs.

Respecting Our Home & Neighbours
While we want all our guests to have a fantastic and memorable stay, we kindly ask that you treat the property and surrounding area with respect. This is not a party house, and we have a few measures in place to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone:

Quiet hours are in place from 10pm to 9am
A noise monitoring device is installed (externally) to help manage volume levels
CCTV is installed on the exterior of the property for safety and security
These steps are in place to respect our lovely neighbours, who live here full time.

Security Deposit
A £250 security deposit is required and must be processed at least 24 hours prior to check-in. This amount is held on your card (not charged) and is automatically released within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.

In the unlikely event that any damage is identified, we will always contact you first to discuss the situation before any deductions are made. Most guests never experience an issue, and the full deposit is returned without delay.
